Hi! My name is Steve, and here is how this started.

I found myself always professing a better way to do something… and not in any one area or on any one topic… it really ran the gamut. Oh sure, I have my personal favourites — urban planning, public transit, and process automation to name a few. Regardless of area — if I think that there is a way to do something better - I usually say so, even if no one wants to here it Sometimes, it’s not even how to improve something that really gets me going… the greatest motivation for me seems to be cases where someone has uttered those terrible words “That’s impossible!”. The immediate, although sometime silent, response that fires in my head is “No it’s not - I’ll show you how”. A real MacGyver.

So, instead of firing out one off emails between friends or consuming an entire dinner conversation, I decided, instead, to start a blog — just to get these things off my chest.
